Mark Bowden

Instead of bones Mark has ultra-lite carbon fibre tubes, instead of muscles he has gear and brake cables, instead of blood he's got coffee.

Mark lives and breathes cycling. He loves to ride - which is why you see him out on the road so often - but he also gets a lot of satisfaction from helping other people enjoy their cycling, (at all levels) by helping them choose the right bike, the right gear and the right set up.

"I really like to see people excited about getting out on the bike, whether they're going for a noodle on the bike track or getting ready for their first time-trial."

Mark is a former fireman and like a lot of his contemporaries is very modest about what he has done in his life, to give you and example - he is a world champion cyclist (Road Race - World Games) - but do you think we can get him to put the trophy on display in the shop?

Mark also has a silver medal from Time Trial at the World Games in Austria.
