Specialized Hotrock is a great bike for kids. These 24" wheel bikes have a high quality light weight frame (kids don't want to ride a bike heavier than their parents bikes) and excellent components. It doesn't hurt that they look pretty cool as well. Best of all these bikes are just $449 each.
