Following hot on the heels of two all purpose bikes supplied to Glenorchy City Council we've got another about to hit the streets of Hobart for the Department of Health and Human Services.

We put this bike together as a general purpose package suitable for year round urban riding for a range of riders.

The bike will be located at the Royal Hobart Hospital and will be available for staff to use for short trips around town as an alternative to taking a car.

We've set it up with everything necessary for an urban shuttle:

• Mud guards
• Rack with removable basket
• Lights
• Computer
• Pumps
• Lock
• and an internal 3 speed hub (for simplicity and ease of use)

It's great to see government organisations taking cycling seriously as a mode of transport. We know that they will enjoy the benefits of using a bike around town - especially the ease of parking!
